Implementing a practice-oriented approach in teaching for the second (discipline "Marketing Advanced", teacher Tetyana Pimonenko) and third year (discipline "Marketing Research: Quantitative methods", teacher Lyulyov Alexei) and graduate students of Marketing Maxim Shmatko, Head of Internet Marketing Ltd. Polisan "shared insights on creating a customer journey map, a tool that helps improve the customer experience. Maxim told about how a visualized experience is created, the history of communication with the company is formed taking into account the thoughts, emotions, goals, motives of customers.

Interactive lectures from Polisan LLC combine "lecture-visualization" and "lecture-discussion" to ensure active participation and interaction of students and graduate students during their studies.

The Department of Marketing continues to implement a virtual science class for graduate students. December 7, 2021, Tetyana Pimonenko held an online lecture for restless students and graduate students on "Sustainability development - investment in green energy".

Students actively participated in the discussion on defining the role of marketing in achieving sustainable development goals and promoting green initiatives. In particular, the main issues were ? drivers of green transformations ?marketing of green investment ? features of the complex of green investment marketing and others.

On December 2, 2021, as part of a practice-oriented approach, Vitaliy Pantileev, Deputy Director of Marketing and Sales Polisan, told second-year students (Marketing Advanced, teacher Tetyana Pimonenko), third-year students (Marketing Research: Quantitative methods), teacher Lyulyov Oleksiy) and graduate students of the Department of Marketing about the peculiarities of pricing processes in modern enterprises.

The importance of price in the activities of enterprises, value creation of goods and services, pricing strategy and tactics, price positioning that provides promotional activity? ..... these and many other important issues were discussed in the lecture.

ECONOMIC GROWTH AND COMPETITIVENESS

Marketers continue to implement Jean Monnet's project "Carbon Neutral Economy: Best Practices for Ukraine" (620232-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE) December 2, 2021, Tetyana Pimonenko and Yana Us gave an online lecture for masters and PhD students majoring in "Marketing". The meeting was dedicated to the peculiarities of the implementation of the European investment plan-2021-2027.

Students learned about the purpose of the fund and the basic areas of funding.

The exchange of views was devoted to the analysis of project financing areas, in particular, the development of sustainable infrastructure, research and innovation, investment in education and training, health care, information and communication technologies, development of renewable energy. Particular attention was paid to the criteria for selecting projects for funding and the prospect of participation of domestic stakeholders in EU funding programs.

PARIS AGREEMENT: MAIN ELEMENTS OF CARBON-FREE ECONOMY IMPLEMENTATION

Lectures continue at the Department of Marketing within the framework of the Jean Monnet project "Carbon Neutral Economy: Best Practices for Ukraine" (620232-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-MODULE) ?November 23, 2021, Olena Chygryn conducted an online webinar for undergraduate students majoring in "Marketing" on ways to implement the main ideas of the Paris Agreement-2015 «

The main issues of the lecture were:

? key targets of the climate agreement (reduction of risks of climate change, increase of ability to adapt to negative influences, balancing of financial flows together with counteractions to climate changes);

? features of countries' participation and their national contribution;

? "global audit" as a monitoring of the implementation of the Paris Agreement.

? The discussion was raised by the question of the main components of Ukraine’s climate goal and the main obligations to implement the Paris Agreement.

LECTURE-DISCUSSION FOR POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS WITHIN THE VIRTUAL SCIENTIFIC CLASS

The second week of the implementation of the virtual science class for graduate students began with a lecture-discussion on "Human capital as a factor of economic development"

The topic of this lesson caused a great resonance ? During the lesson:

Postgraduate students passionately discussed the impact of migration processes on the economic development of Ukraine and Poland;

November 19, 2021, summed up the results of the 16th Ukrainian Student Advertising Festival (USFR), organized by the Union of Advertisers of Ukraine ✌️ It brought together students from many cities and universities of Ukraine, including representatives from Ternopil, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Kyiv, Vinnytsia and, of course, from Sumy :) ???

The evaluation was conducted among a large number of works by 16 ❗️❗️❗️ members of the jury ? The team of marketers of SSU took the honourable 2nd place in the nomination "Come to light - declare work!" with the author's video work ? According to the jury, in this nomination our work was the most creative and with a humorous connotation, it covered the current problems of informal employment ? Creative team of marketers consisted of 1st-year master's students: creators senior lecturer of the department Rosokhata Anna ?

OPPORTUNITIES OF CRM SYSTEMS: EXPERIENCE OF PROFESSIONALS FOR STUDENTS AND POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS

As part of the discipline "Marketing Research: Quantitative methods" (lecturer Alexey Lyulyov) November 25, 2021, third-year undergraduate and PhD students of the Department of Marketing attended a webinar by Yuri Kislitsyn, product manager SendPulse, who spoke about the features of CRM system for sales automation and management and controlling communication channels with customers.

Students got acquainted with the capabilities of SendPulse's CRM system, analyzed its general functionality, saw how to add new transactions and customers, got acquainted with the multichannel distribution service.

As part of the discipline "Marketing Advanced" on November 24, 2021, second-year students (teacher Tatiana Pimonenko) joined the webinar of Mikhail Epikhin, Marketing Director of Roistat Agency. The online lecture was devoted to evaluating the effectiveness of marketing and sales, optimizing the system of marketing communications to achieve the growth of leads and customers.

Mikhail shared his own experience on the following issues:
