September was full of events, and in addition to starting work on a research question and forming working hypotheses, Nataliia had time to attend several thematic classroom classes in the disciplines "Readings in Ingestive Behavior" of the Department of Food Sciences and "The Sustainable Fork: Food Systems Decisions for Away-From-Home Eating" from the School of Hospitality Management.
