New knowledge and experience from an abroad internship: presentation of a report on the results of participation in the Fulbright program for scientists

In early December, Nataliia Letunovska, Associate Professor of the Department of Marketing, returned from an internship in the USA, which she completed as part of the Fulbright Scholars Program. She presented a report on the results of her research at Pennsylvania State University, which concerned the development of practical tools for promoting healthy eating behavior among the population. The report contained information about the steps she had taken during the three months of internship, what laboratory equipment she had become familiar with, and what new contacts she had found for future research. Nataliia's interesting insights concerned digital tools for conducting surveys, platforms that provide quick collection of responses from respondents, and software for high-quality interpretation of the data obtained. As she reported, Pennsylvania State University has many laboratories focused on researching the population's eating behavior and emphasized that the healthy food market is promising in the USA and actively developing, confirming the relevance of scientific research in this area.
