On December 5, 2025, TED Talks event “Career without a script: why success today is flexibility”, an inspiring meeting of students with successful graduates of the Department of Marketing took place.
Nadiya CHORNOBROVKINA and Volodymyr PUZAN – marketers of “Polisan“, one of the leading manufacturers of paints and varnishes on the Ukrainian market, shared their experience of professional development and the secrets of success.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of open dialogue. The graduates talked about their path to the profession, starting from choosing a specialty to working at “Polisan”. The main topics of discussion were:
- how they managed to start a career in marketing immediately after / during their studies;
- practical advice on how to effectively combine the educational process with professional responsibilities, emphasizing the importance of time management and flexibility;
- how decisions and activities made during their student years influenced their future and career growth;
- key skills needed by a modern marketer for success in an environment of constant change;
- diversity in the work of a marketer (travel, filming, diversity, communication with clients;
- funny pranks at work.
Students had a unique opportunity to hear honest experience, ask questions and get valuable advice on how not to be afraid of the future and build a career in the face of modern challenges.
The event was held within the framework of the disciplines “Basics of Marketing Activity” (lecturer Liliia KHOMENKO), “Marketing Product Policy” (lecturer Yevheniia ZIABINA).
