PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING COURSE ‘CAREER COUNSELLING FOR YOUNG PEOPLE’

Senior lecturer of the Marketing Department, Yevheniia ZYABINA, participated in a three-day training course titled ‘Career Counselling for Young People’, designed to enhance the professional skills of specialists working with young people. During the event, participants learned about modern approaches to working with young people and practical methods of supporting their career choices.

The experience gained during the training is extremely valuable, as it enables a deeper understanding of the needs of today’s youth and empowers them to shape their own career paths. The knowledge and practical tools acquired will be useful in the educational process, enabling students to be advised more effectively, develop their professional motivation, and make informed choices about their future careers.
The event was organised by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine in cooperation with the non-governmental organisation ‘3.5 Per cent’ with the assistance of the Charitable Foundation ‘SpivDiya’, UNICEF, and financial support from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) through the German Development Bank (KfW).
