A career guidance meeting was held by Yana Kryvych, PhD, Associate Professor of the Marketing Department of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics and Management, with secondary school students from Trostyanets.
During the meeting, students were introduced to the educational opportunities offered by Sumy State University and the Educational and Scientific Institute of Business, Economics and Management. Yana Kryvych presented the Marketing specialisation, talked about current trends in marketing, the practical component of the programme, student participation in projects and internships, and opportunities for professional development.
Particular attention was paid to the issue of informed career choices, the demand for marketing skills in the modern labour market, and the employment prospects for graduates.
The meeting took the form of an active dialogue, which allowed schoolchildren to ask questions and receive professional answers regarding admission and study at Sumy State University. The Marketing Department of the Institute of Business and Economics will continue its career guidance work with future applicants in the region.
