On May 14, third-year marketing students, together with their lecturer from the Department of Marketing, Nataliia LETUNOVSKA, took part in a practical workshop focused on case studies related to the use of UX design in business. The event was led by Oleksii DELIUKOV, CEO of the research agency Research.ua, who shared his experience in user experience (UX) analysis and modern approaches to optimizing interaction with digital products.
This workshop was part of a series of spring open events organized by the Ukrainian Marketing Association and became a valuable source of practical knowledge for the students. The speaker not only outlined the key growth points for businesses through better understanding of user behavior but also engaged participants in a real UX study. During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to observe live UX testing of mobile application design and to take part in a 5-second test assessing recall of an advertisement from an online bookstore.
A highlight of the session was the real-time demonstration of UX research results, accompanied by practical insights into the effectiveness of various visual and functional design solutions in the digital environment. The event gave students a chance to step into the shoes of consumer experience researchers, explore UX analysis tools, and discover how design can directly impact business performance.
