SUCCESSFUL DEFENSE OF BACHELOR’S THESIS: FUTURE SPECIALISTS ARE READY FOR THE CHALLENGES OF MODERNITY

During June 16–26, 2025, the atmosphere of intense but fruitful work reigned at the Department of Marketing of Sumdu. It was during this period that the defenses of qualification theses of applicants for the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education in the specialty 075 “Marketing” took place.

The graduates presented their research, covering a wide range of relevant and innovative areas of modern marketing, focusing on the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies in the digital environment, in particular for attracting Generation Z, promoting brands (including green and emotional branding, as well as branding of medical institutions), optimizing communications and merchandising. Significant attention is paid to the application of marketing tools in various industries, such as catering, agribusiness, tourism, coworking centers and medical institutions, as well as the use of innovative approaches, such as AI and Big Data, to form digital strategies and manage the communication activities of enterprises in unstable market conditions.

It is especially noteworthy that eight theses were successfully defended in English, which emphasizes the high level of foreign language proficiency and the desire to integrate into the global scientific community. In addition, five theses were completed under dual supervision, which indicates effective cooperation with business and an in-depth approach to the study of complex topics.
