Andriy ARUSHANIAN, a 3rd year student, shares his impressions of academic mobility: “Studying in Vilnius gave me the opportunity to take a new look at both the format of education and the specialty itself, in which I study. In short – more practice, less theory. There were many tasks where you need to prepare an analysis, make a presentation or analyze a case. This, of course, forces you to work differently: quickly, specifically, and all this in a foreign language, but without pressure or excessive formalism.
I especially drew attention to how the system is built: most tasks are performed in a team, the assessment is transparent, the materials are available immediately, without additional difficulties. Before, I didn’t really like teamwork, but now I understand better why this approach is often used. Teachers and guests have repeatedly drawn attention to its advantages practice, and there was enough time to adapt.
In addition to the learning process itself, this trip allowed me to better understand the European market. The topics discussed in the courses were often tied to specific companies or cases from EU countries, in order to see a more realistic picture of how business works in the European environment. Such experience is especially useful if you plan to work in an international context or launch your own projects.
Overall, the program was a trip for me that significantly changed the perception of education, marketing and business. It gave me new knowledge and a slightly different vision, but with real results.
