HOW TO BUILD LARGE PROJECTS IN A CRISIS: MARKETING STUDENTS WERE INSPIRED BY THE EXPERIENCE OF BUSINESS LEADERS

On October 15, 2025, students of the “Marketing” specialty as part of the “Riskology” discipline (teacher – Yana KRYVYCH) joined the online conference LOB (Laboratory of Online Business) – an event that brings together practitioners, thought leaders and future business professionals.

The participants had the opportunity to listen to an extremely motivating speech by the CEO of Superhumans Center Olga Rudneva, who shared her own experience on the topic “How to build large projects in a crisis” – about the team, partners, leadership and the belief that even in the most difficult times you can change the country.

Not everything will happen as you planned and when you planned. The main thing is to remember that sometimes you have to swim, sometimes you have to crawl up, and sometimes you have to just wait in the rain. Only birds fly in a straight line, but even they adjust their route due to wind and thunderstorms. The path is secondary, the destination is primary.

Never lose focus: at every step, with every inhale and exhale, remember what you are doing, for whom, and for what
@Olga Rudneva

Participating in the conference was a great opportunity for students to see how theoretical knowledge of risk science is applied in practice, as well as to be inspired by real stories of risk management, leadership, and resilience in difficult times.

Such events help future marketers better understand business processes, assess risks, and form strategic thinking — skills that are the basis of modern marketing.
