SOCIAL MEDIA TRENDS 2026: HOW BUSINESS CAN SURVIVE IN THE ERA OF AI

On February 12, second-year students of the Marketing specialty took part in the webinar “Social Media Trends in 2026 That Really Impact Business,” organized by RUUUSH in collaboration with & Social First Agency.

During the lecture, experts from the RUUUSH agency analyzed why artificial intelligence is becoming a partner, not a replacement for humans, and how to build a “Social First” strategy.

AI is like a “storming partner,” not an executor. Although more than 50% of content on the network is already generated by neural networks, brands should use AI only to scale ideas and optimize routines. The best results are achieved by campaigns where technology helps to reveal “human” insight, but does not replace unique imagination and emotional storytelling.” – shares the impressions of 2nd year student Iryna Tikhomirova.

Prioritizing the depth of interaction over reach, likes and views are no longer a measure of success. Social media algorithms now focus on the quality of dialogue: high-quality comments, shares in private messages and the brand’s ability to provoke real discussion. Those who create not just a picture, but a holistic behavioral experience for the user will win.” – highlighted 2nd year student Yana Vakula.

The main advice for business: use AI as a tool for scaling, but not replacing the unique vision of your own brand. In the era of algorithms, authenticity remains the greatest value.
