DOCTOR OF PHILOSOPHY "MARKETING" PROGRAM ALUMNI MEETING: DISCUSSION OF PROGRAM IMPROVEMENT

In October 2023, a meeting of graduates of the educational and scientific program "Marketing" Doctor of Philosophy was held, which was attended by Anna Kolodka, Anna Derykolenko and Denys Kobyzskyi. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss current proposals for improving the program in order to better meet the challenges of the modern market and academic standards.

The graduates shared their experience of applying the acquired knowledge in practice and noted the significant contribution of the program to the development of their professional skills. However, in their opinion, in order to further improve ONP, it is necessary to focus on several key aspects:

Strengthening international cooperation: Graduates emphasized the importance of integrating the program into international academic processes, increasing opportunities for academic mobility and cooperation with foreign partners.

Implementation of new technologies in the educational process: It was proposed to more actively implement digital tools to increase the effectiveness of education and involve students in working on real marketing projects with the help of modern technologies.

Increased practical training: Graduates emphasized the importance of closer interaction with business, increasing the number of practical classes and internships, which will allow students to gain even more real-world experience.

Strengthening professional training: It was noted that more attention should be paid to practice-oriented tasks and the development of professional competencies, such as project management, data analytics and strategic planning, in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates.

The meeting ended with a decision to prepare official proposals for discussion at the next meeting of the marketing department. The graduates expressed their willingness to continue to actively participate in the development of the program and maintain close ties with their alma mater.

Such initiatives demonstrate the openness of the educational program to new ideas and contribute to its continuous improvement in accordance with the needs of the modern world of marketing.
