JEAN MONNET PROJECT IMPLEMENTERS IN LIVERPOOL: CONTINUATION OF SCIENTIFIC COOPERATION IN FOOD BEHAVIOUR AND MARKETING

Since January 2025, participants of the project “Healthy Economy and Policy: European Values for Ukraine” Anna Rosokhata and Nataliia Letunovska have begun an internship at the University of Liverpool (UK). This internship aims to continue scientific research in collaboration with the Institute of Population Health on the issue of studying the eating behaviour of the population using neuroinstruments. In a few weeks, the teachers attended thematic lectures from institute guests on food consumption in the daily diet and their impact on human health. In addition, cooperation with the Management School continues in the direction of marketing and its role in shaping the responsible environmental behaviour of the population of the UK and Ukraine. Such international scientific cooperation contributes to the continuation of research on the formation of a healthy economy in Ukraine at the national and regional levels and the implementation of global experience in educational materials on the topic of the Jean Monnet project.
