In 2026, the Department of Marketing of Sumy State University, represented by Associate Professor Nataliia LETUNOVSKA and second- and third-year students of the specialty «Marketing», joined the international interuniversity project «Six Universities». Its initiator is the Department of Applied Linguistics and Law of the Faculty of Organization and Management of the Silesian University of Technology (Zabrze, Poland). Teachers and students from such universities joined the project: the Warsaw University of Technology (Warsaw, Poland), the Nicolaus Copernicus University (Torun, Poland), Lviv Polytechnic National University (Lviv, Ukraine), and the University of Lodz (Lodz, Poland). The project brought together 88 students who will work in intercultural teams under the guidance of coordinating teachers during March–May. Participants will explore current issues in sustainable development, smart cities, marketing, and related areas, master the theoretical foundations of selected topics, and formulate practical recommendations based on the results of joint work. The final stage of the project will be a final international conference in May, during which participants will present the results of their research.
The Department of Marketing of Sumy State University’s participation in the project became possible thanks to the international cooperation established during the scientific internship of Doctor of Economics Nataliia Letunovska at the Silesian University of Technology within the framework of the CRASP and the Elsevier Young Scientists Support Program.
