LEARNING WITHOUT BORDERS: THE RESTLESS PASSED A COURSE FROM CERGE-EI FOUNDATION

The restless marketing students have successfully completed the “Gender Economics” training course organized by the CERGE-EI Foundation (Prague, Czech Republic). The program focused on developing a modern understanding of gender aspects in economic development, labor markets, equality policies, and the impact of gender imbalances on socio-economic outcomes.

The course lecturer, Ardiana Gashi, is a researcher with international experience in economic development and gender equality. Thanks to her professional approach and accessible delivery of complex material, students gained a deep understanding of gender-related socio-economic processes and the practical applications of these concepts.
Throughout the course, students explored the key concepts of gender economics, examined international approaches to ensuring equal opportunities, learned about EU practices in gender analysis, and applied their newly acquired knowledge within the Ukrainian context.
Upon successful completion of the program, participants received internationally recognized certificates from the CERGE-EI Foundation, confirming their active engagement and strong academic performance.
This course also contributes to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), including:
SDG 5: Gender Equality – fostering a culture of equal opportunities;
SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth – promoting inclusive and fair labor markets;
SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities – addressing socio-economic disparities;

Participation in the program became an important step in the professional development of future marketers, as understanding gender aspects is an essential component of strategic management, HR policies, brand development, and socially responsible business practices.
