On October 19, marketing students in the study of "Fundamentals of Marketing" and "Marketing Communications 1" (teacher - Sager L.Yu.) had the opportunity to hear about current trends in marketing and opportunities and features of Big Data in marketing.

Yana Shtanko and Serhiy Verkhovtsev (Kyivstar PJSC) in the webinar "Learn, analyze, personalize: Big Data for marketing in a new way" talked about the competitive advantages of personalization in communication with customers, the need and existing opportunities to analyze customer profiles, showed how the accumulation and analysis of data help to retain the customer in the long run and meet his requests, about the possibilities of forming and expanding the customer base.
