"This is my 3rd project in another country. This time - CYPRUS. It sounds like a dream... It really is.
I learned about the volunteer project from a friend from a previous project in Greece, who had already been there. So, together with her, we decided to go to the island of Cyprus for a month).
We lived on the basis of the hotel in wonderful apartments near the sea. We were fed three times a day. They were constantly taken on excursions and to different cities of Cyprus. Also, we lived in the mountains for about a week.Sounds great!
But as volunteers, we performed our tasks: cleaned the territory, painted the fence, planted flowers, helped, organized workshops.
Moreover, workshops were organized for us as well. We learned how to correctly write a resume in Europass. It was interesting to hear how to make mind maps correctly, but thanks to the Department of Marketing of Sumy State University, I knew this topic perfectly.Talked about domestic violence with guest speakers and much more.
