The Department of Marketing at Sumy State University held an online session for 10th and 11th-grade students of the Holubivka Lyceum (Sadivska Rural Council) titled “How to Choose a Major and University When in Doubt.”
Sometimes, a single conversation can change your perspective on the future. Today, the SumDU Department of Marketing met with high school students to discuss the most pressing question: how to choose a career path and university when you’re unsure.
The talk was honest and informal. We discussed professions that didn’t even exist 10 years ago, shared tips on picking the right major and university, and even tried to imagine a typical workday 10 years from now.
Yana VAKULA, a Marketing student, joined the conversation to share her personal experience. She talked about her journey in choosing a career, what it’s like to study at the university, and the opportunities that student life offers.
