The faculty members of the Marketing Department have recently returned from an international mobility visit to Lithuania, where they combined teaching, learning, and professional networking at EKA University of Applied Sciences.
During the visit, the participants not only delivered lectures to international students but also actively enhanced their professional qualifications, explored European educational practices, and exchanged experience with colleagues from various countries.
An important part of the visit was participation in the International Scientific Conference *“Emerging Trends in Economics, Culture and Humanities” (etECH 2026)*, which took place on April 22–23, 2026. This year marked the 10th anniversary of the conference, bringing together researchers from more than 20 countries worldwide.
Participants presented their research within 12 thematic sessions, including economics and sustainable development, business and management, digitalization, education, culture, and creative industries. This interdisciplinary approach created a strong platform for discussing current challenges and emerging trends.
For the faculty of the Marketing Department, this experience was not only an opportunity to present their research findings but also a valuable source of new ideas for developing educational programs, strengthening international cooperation, and implementing modern approaches in the learning process.
International mobility once again proves that quality education is built through dialogue, openness, and readiness for change.
