But the story didn\u2019t end there!<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">To share their energy and experience, the participants organized an internal Q&amp;A session where they revealed everything \u2013 <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>from behind-the-scenes moments of the forum to tips on overcoming the fear of taking the \u201cfirst step.\u201d<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">The meeting was held in an open, sincere dialogue. Student speakers shared their experiences presenting the unique qualities of their hometown, Sumy, and discussed what it was like to compete against teams from eight different regions of Ukraine.<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Key insights from the meeting:<\/p><ul style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" type=\"disc\"><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;\">Expectations vs reality \u2013 students admitted they were initially nervous about the scale of the event, but the hospitality of Chernivtsi and the team support helped them feel comfortable;<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">m<\/span>arketing is about courage \u2014 such forums are a perfect platform to develop skills, build networks, and present your personal brand (as well as the brand of your city);<\/li><li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list 36.0pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">s<\/span>trength in unity <span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"mso-ansi-language: EN-US;\">\u2013<\/span> the forum proved that despite distances, Ukrainian youth share common values and a desire for change.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"MsoNormal\">Want to be next?
