On 26 August 2025, \u00ab\u0412\u0456\u0445\u043e\u043b\u0430\u00bb Publishing House released the debut detective novel by<\/b> Pavlo Pigul,<\/b> a postgraduate student at the Marketing Department of Sumy State University, entitled Murder on Perun’s Day.<\/b><\/p>\n
Work on the book took over six years,<\/b> from the initial ideas in 2018 to its completion in 2024. During this time, <\/span>Pavlo<\/b> completed his master’s degree and continues his <\/span>postgraduate studies in marketing.<\/b> Pavlo notes that precisely this marketing knowledge was essential to the book’s publication.<\/span><\/p>\n ‘Now I clearly understand that <\/span>being an author is not only about talent<\/b>, but also about effort, strategic thinking, and understanding how to convey your creativity to people,’ emphasises <\/span>Pavlo Pigul<\/b>. <\/span>‘If I didn’t have a background in marketing, I would have much less confidence in my actions and, most importantly, understanding how to promote my book, where to start, what to pay attention to, and how to communicate with my audience.’<\/b><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n
