So, on February 13, students of groups MK.m-31\/1u, and MK.m-31\/2i (1st course of masters) participated in the webinar on the topic: &#8220;Key aspects of communications for novice project managers.&#8221;\u00a0<span>The webinar was conducted by Andriy Martyniuk, Program Manager at DXC Technology, ex-Luxoft, Ciklum. The senior lecturer, Ph.D. <a data-link-type=\"custom\" href=\"https:\/\/dom.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/uk\/rosokhata\" target=\"_self\" title=\"https:\/\/dom.biem.sumdu.edu.ua\/uk\/rosokhata\" rel=\"noopener\">Anna ROSOKHATA<\/a>\u00a0in the framework of the discipline &#8220;Relationships with clients&#8221; proposed students participate in this event.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p>The speaker revealed the following basic questions: <\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>How can a beginner effectively communicate with the team? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>How to identify problematic situations before they turn into a conflict? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>But what are the means of communication in the manager&#8217;s work? <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>An expert in the field of project management shared his own experience and brought our students one step closer to the realities of today&#8217;s business in Ukraine. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Goes together to new knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Marketing students were involved in one more event as part of practice-oriented training.
