We explore how policies, incentives, and communication strategies can promote healthier lifestyles and responsible choices of the population, contributing to both public health and sustainable development. <br>\nOur research group explores socio-economic determinants of promoting public health efficiency and its impact on sustainable economic growth and sustainable consumption. <br>\nWe conduct and synthesise research to help in the development of policies related to health promotion, initiatives on healthy food market growth, and the transformation of blood donation systems. Special attention is devoted to designing educational campaigns that foster self-responsibility by promoting physical activity and enhancing emotional and mental well-being. <br>\nOur approach
